Appointment length
Only an estimation can be given as appointment lengths vary based on the complexity/density of your natural lashes. Please plan accordingly when booking.
Classic Full Set: 1.5-2 hrs
Hybrid Full Set: 2-2.5 hrs
Volume Full Set: 3-3.5 hrs
Security Deposit
All appointments require a 50% deposit of your scheduled service. This is to guarantee you have read and understand the 48hr cancellation policy. Security Deposits are fully refundable up to 48hrs prior to your appointment time. If using a credit card, the credit card transaction fee will be deducted upon receipt of refund.
Cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to us - it is reserved especially for you - and we understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice of cancellations. Please do so to avoid a non-refundable 50% fee of your scheduled service price.
Late arrivals
Please be on time and note that if you are late, you are cutting into your own time and will only be worked on for the remainder of the scheduled appointment. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer you our fullest possible service.
Studio space
Please do not bring children, pets, or any guests to your appointment. There is limited space in the studio.
Illness
If you feel unwell or feel like you are coming down with a cold, please reschedule your appointment for another day.
Caffeine
Pre-workout supplements, tea, coffee, and soda can cause your eyelids to involuntarily flutter: Please avoid these and any other caffeine containing substances 5-6 hrs prior to your appointment.
Makeup residue
It is imperative to arrive with clean eyes and eyelashes. Makeup contains ingredients that will prevent the extensions from adhering and will cause you to have poor retention. Having to clean your lashes will also cut into your allotted time.
Contact lenses
Please remove contact lenses before your appt and or bring lens case/glasses.
FOREIGN FIlls
I do not do fills on another technicians’ work without a consultation. The quality of work and products vary between technicians, and it may be deemed necessary to remove prior work before applying new extensions to ensure the highest standard of service. Book an appointment for a fill and I will evaluate if I can do a fill or if I recommend a removal and new set.
